Bakery orders are arranged separately from the everyday snack shop.

Some orders are about keeping the office cupboard stocked. Others are about a particular moment: a team catch-up, a client visit, a project wrapped up or a birthday that deserves more than a hurried trip to the corner shop.
That is where Fresh Bakery fits. We are not replacing the branded snacks, individual quantities or Build your Box service you already know. We are adding another way to look after the people around your table.
What is in the range?
There are six brownie options, from a Chocolate Brownie to Nutella & Pecan, Lotus Biscoff, Raspberry Jam, Cookie and Cream, and Billionaire Brownie. Cookie choices include chocolate, walnut chocolate, red velvet and matcha.
For something different, try Raspberry Jam Blondie, Banana Cake or Millionaire Shortbread. Each bake has a photograph and description, with supplier ingredient and allergen information on its details page.
Why enquiry-only?
Fresh bakery depends on the quantity, the baking schedule and where the order is going. Rather than take a payment and resolve those details afterwards, we ask you to get in touch first. We will check the arrangements and agree a quote before the order is accepted.
Boxes start at six pieces. Tell us the bakes you are interested in and we will confirm the available flavours and box combinations with your quote. Choosing several favourites on the website creates an enquiry shortlist, not a promise of a mixed box.
How much notice should you give?
Small orders can be ready in 24 hours; larger batches can take 48 hours. The cut-off is 2pm UK time. Requests received after 2pm join the following day’s batch, with the lead time starting from that batch.
We confirm capacity, order size, delivery arrangements and the date with you before accepting an order. These lead times are not a guaranteed next-day delivery service.
Your preferred date helps us plan, but sending an enquiry does not reserve a slot. Include your postcode and approximate quantity so we can give you an informed answer. We will confirm delivery separately; the snack shop’s free-delivery threshold and promotional codes are not bakery offers.

Plan for the people eating them.
Before choosing for a group, check which ingredient and allergen information they need. Read the supplier information on the individual bake pages and ask us to confirm the latest specification before ordering. Do not assume a bake is suitable for an allergy from its name or photograph.
Keep the supplied labels and instructions with the bakes, and follow the storage and consumption guidance that comes with your confirmed order. We do not advertise this range as allergen-free.
