Snack Culture supplies branded, individually packed snacks for UK workplace orders. Choose individual products, build your own mix or order a curated selection. Standard delivery is £5.95 below £60 merchandise subtotal and free from £60, with no minimum order value. You place each order when needed; this is product delivery, not a scheduled pantry-restocking visit or a compulsory subscription.

The qualifying subtotal includes current bulk prices but is calculated before a promotional code. Delivery does not receive a promotional discount. Your basket shows the delivery charge and final amount before you continue to payment.
Is there a minimum order?
No. Buy the quantities you need rather than filling a case by default. The delivery charge may be a significant part of a small order, so compare the full total. The free-delivery bar helps you see the threshold; it is not a reason to buy products your team will not use.
Is delivery only for Manchester offices?
No. Snack Culture is Manchester-led, with online ordering for UK workplaces beyond Manchester. Delivery eligibility depends on the address accepted at checkout. For Northern Ireland, islands or a destination needing special courier arrangements, contact Sales before ordering rather than assuming a particular service is included.
We do not promise same-day or next-day delivery here. If an order must arrive for a particular meeting or event, check the date and destination with us before paying. Use your company name, complete postcode, any required unit or reception details and a staffed delivery point.
Can we mix individual snacks and bulk packs?
Yes. Select products in the Shop or Build your Box, and use optional bulk packs on the products that offer them. You can combine different brands and snack types in the same basket. Read how to order without committing to full cases for a smaller first order.
How much should we order?
Start with the number of people expected in the office, the period you want to cover and whether these are meeting snacks or a shared cupboard top-up. A 30-snack box is 30 items, not a universal serving plan for a particular team size. Our hybrid-workplace guide helps with changing attendance.
What about dietary requirements and invoices?
Check ingredients and allergens before purchasing and keep manufacturer labels available after delivery. Ask us before ordering when a product detail is unclear. The Food Standards Agency’s allergen guidance explains the importance of information before purchase and at delivery.
Guest checkout remains available. An optional account can save your address and make reordering easier. For a PO reference, formal invoice, payment terms or a larger multi-location requirement, talk to Sales; do not assume those arrangements are automatically included in standard checkout.
