Snack-shop delivery

Standard delivery is £5.95 below a £60 merchandise subtotal and free from £60. Qualification uses the merchandise subtotal after bulk pricing and before a promotional code. The final charge is shown before payment. These snack-shop rules do not automatically apply to separately quoted bakery or mixed phone orders.

Standard snack delivery estimate: 2-5 days

We will not accept an unsupported destination or impose an unagreed extra delivery charge. If we identify a restriction after payment, we contact you to agree a solution or refund the affected unfulfilled order. Unless a different time is agreed, consumer orders must be delivered within the legal 30-day default. Backorder dates are estimates and any later delivery is agreed before purchase.

Fresh Bakery and telephone orders

We quote bakery and mixed-order delivery separately. Small bakery orders can be ready in 24 hours and larger batches in 48 hours, subject to capacity and confirmation. The cut-off is 2pm UK time; requests after this join the following day's batch. Preparation is not the same as courier transit. No universal next-day, weekend or nationwide bakery service is promised.

Payment must clear before dispatch unless separately agreed. We confirm the receiving contact, address, access arrangements and date. Supplier-branded bakery packaging is intentional. Necessary recipient/address details may be shared with our bakery partner and delivery providers to fulfil the order, as explained in our privacy notice.

Problems and missed deliveries

Tell us promptly if an order is delayed, missing or damaged. We remain your point of contact rather than asking you to resolve our delivery-provider dispute yourself. Consumer delivery risk and cancellation remedies are explained in our terms. Incorrect customer details may require an agreed re-delivery charge where reasonable; no automatic fine is applied.
