Team size changes more than the number of packets you need. Bigger offices need more variety, more frequent top-ups and a bit more thought about where the snacks actually live.
For planning, we like a starting point of around four snacks per person per week, then adjusting for attendance and actual usage.
Office snacks for 10 people
Start around 40 snacks a week. At this size you can learn preferences quickly because people will happily tell you what they liked, often before you have finished unpacking the box.
Keep the range broad rather than buying a case of everybody's supposed favourite. A mixture of savoury, bars, fruit-based options and sweet treats gives you enough information to improve the second order.
Office snacks for 25 people
Start around 100 snacks a week. This is where a proper snack station begins to make sense rather than keeping everything in one small kitchen drawer.
Use a few dependable products in higher quantities, then add smaller runs of different flavours. Our curated boxes or Build your Box both work well at this size.
Office snacks for 50 people
Start around 200 snacks a week, but check actual office attendance before ordering. A hybrid business with 50 employees might only need enough for 25 or 30 people on an average day.
At this size, consider keeping some back stock away from the main station and topping it up midweek. It stops Monday's crowd from deciding what Friday's crowd gets to eat.
Office snacks for 100 people
A four-snacks-per-person starting point gives you around 400 snacks per week. You are now managing a proper workplace supply rather than a small perk box.
Split snacks across more than one location if the office is spread out, and consider more frequent deliveries rather than storing everything at once. You will also want a clear way to track dietary requests and which areas of the office consume stock fastest.
Do not forget the attendance factor
The numbers above assume people are actually around to eat the snacks. For hybrid workplaces, calculate from typical attendance rather than total payroll.
If you have 100 employees but average 55 people in the office, begin closer to 220 snacks a week and adjust from there.
Build the mix around your team
Smaller teams can be very specific. Larger teams usually need broader variety. Either way, the goal is the same: enough choice that people feel considered without filling cupboards with stock that never moves.
