Pick every snack that goes into the office order.
A build-your-own office snack box gives you control over the products, quantities and balance of the order instead of accepting a fixed assortment.
Start with the dependable favourites
If there are products your team already asks for, add those first. They give the order a reliable base and make it easier to judge how much space is left for new flavours.
Balance sweet and savoury
A mixed workplace usually benefits from both. Savoury options create variety around lunchtime and coffee breaks, while oat, fruit and nut bars can be more useful when someone wants something filling.
Add discovery products in smaller numbers
New products are easier to test when they do not dominate the order. A few premium or discovery snacks can keep the range interesting without turning the whole box into a gamble.
Adjust the next order based on what disappears
The first order does not need to be perfect. Notice which products disappear first, which remain at the end and whether the team wants more sweet, savoury, fruit or filling options next time.
Put the plan into your box
In Build your Box, browse smaller snack groups and use +3, +6 or +9 to add individual packs quickly. Edit any quantity to one or another permitted number in the summary. There is no fixed minimum size for a self-selected box.
Not sure whether to choose each snack yourself? Read Build your Box versus curated boxes. This guide is about making your own mix; that comparison helps you choose the buying route first.
